Paleo Challenge Recap

So the Paleo Challenge is coming to an end, and I've got to say I'm very impressed with the results you guys got! Many of you are looking leaner and healthier just from this short 30 day challenge. Imagine what you could do if you continue eating this way! So as you all probably know, my team finished at the bottom in points, but it's ok because everyone had some pretty awesome success! Big shout out to Claudio Nunez! If you know Claudio and you've seen him around the gym, you may not have recognized him at first. He is looking great and achieved his goal of burning tons of fat and leaning up. Erik Larue and Tara Chapman were no newbies when it came to Paleo, and they held strong for the entire time and contributed tons to the team. This was the first challenge of this type that Andrea Clark has been apart of, but she says her results have been amazing and she plans to continue on and eat even cleaner. Andrea says that this diet has made such a huge impact, that she describes it as coming out of a fog. Pretty awesome stuff. Maren Scheie battled through the challenge as well, finding a bunch of cool new recipes and ways around things like gum chewing. Mallorie Garcia did a good job of sticking to her goals throughout the challenge, not an easy task with the busy schedule of a college student! Phil Hedges and Kara Parker kept consistent and steady numbers, which is certainly a huge key to success in a challenge like this. So with that, I would just like to say thank you to my awesome team! You guys rocked it.

Congratulations to all of you that made it through the challenge and who stuck with it. Now you get to reap the benefits! I hope you will all continue to clean up your diets and be the best you that you can possibly be! Looking forward to the Pot Luck tonight. Hope to see you all there.
